Wicked Broadband is seeking a self-motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a front desk associate!

Who is Wicked Broadband? Wicked Broadband is a Lawrence-local ISP (Internet Service Provider) who has been providing internet throughout the area for over a decade. We are looking for someone who is driven, responsible, and has a strong work ethic to join our team.

Front Desk Job Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones (inbound & outbound).
- Receiving lobby visitors, sorting and distributing mail.
- Preparing conference, meeting and training rooms.
- Scheduling customer tickets, communicating through emails and in person.
- Variety of other administrative support and general office tasks.
